LEVELUNE · MOMENTUM APPS
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms cover the Levelune website and our provision of Levelune. Please read them before using the site or app.
1. Scope and agreement
Levelune is provided by Momentum Apps, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Levelune website or app, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the website and app.
Your use of an app obtained through Apple is also subject to the applicable Apple terms and app license. Unless a separate custom app license is provided with the app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license. These website terms do not replace that license or Apple’s terms. A TestFlight build is also subject to the terms presented through TestFlight.
2. Using Levelune
Levelune is a macOS utility for adjusting app volume and mute. You are responsible for using a compatible Mac, maintaining your device, and granting the permissions required for features you choose to use. Compatibility may depend on your macOS version, audio device, and the apps producing sound.
Use Levelune lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not use the website to distribute harmful code, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not copy, redistribute, or misuse our software, branding, or website materials except as allowed by the applicable license or law. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
3. Development and beta versions
Levelune is currently in development. Release dates, supported systems, pricing, and features may change before public release. Website demonstrations are illustrations and do not change your device’s audio.
Beta software may contain errors, stop working, or change without notice. Audio processing can be affected by permissions, device changes, or other software. Keep volume at a comfortable level and verify audio behavior before relying on a beta build during an important call or other critical activity. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every app or output device.
4. Purchases and third-party services
If paid versions or purchases become available, pricing and purchase terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Purchases made through Apple are processed under Apple’s payment and refund rules. These terms do not announce a price, subscription, or purchase requirement.
Links to third-party websites and services are provided for convenience. Those providers control their own services and terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
5. Ownership and privacy
Levelune’s software, name, icon, and website materials belong to Momentum Apps, LLC or their respective owners. Using the website or app does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains audio processing, local settings, website hosting, and support communications.
6. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and app are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free or meet every requirement.
To the extent permitted by law, Momentum Apps, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the website or app, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, and applicable app-license terms may provide additional rights or limits.
7. Changes and ending use
We may update the website, app, and these terms. Revised terms will appear here with an updated date, and we will provide additional notice where required by law. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the affected service. You may stop using Levelune at any time.
We may restrict access to the website for unlawful use or misuse. Any termination of an app license is governed by the applicable license. If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
